Never asked subscription and Discord doesn't want to refund me

I just don't know how but a Nitro Yearly subscription has been activated at my name, Discord took from me 99,99€ for the subscription, this was at 21/09…

I was out from my country and I could see the movement only 3 days later, at 24/09 I contacted Discord support asking to refund me due to the fact I never asked for this subscription.

Only 2 days later the support team answered me telling that I can't have my refund because 5 days were already passed…

If this is not scam…
