Foldable Phone Display Issue in Discord App

Description:

I've encountered an issue with the Discord app on my foldable phone. When I open the app in tablet mode, it correctly displays both my contacts and the chat, allowing me to swipe right to see participants while still viewing the chat. This behavior is expected and works well.

However, the problem arises when I close my foldable phone. The app maintains the tablet-like display with both contacts and chat visible. This causes a layout issue as there's not enough space to display both properly. Ideally, the app should switch to a single-screen mode with only one of the three (contacts, chat, participants) visible at a time.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Discord app on a foldable phone in tablet mode.

2. Observe that both contacts and chat are visible.

3. Swipe right to see participants while keeping the chat visible.

4. Close the foldable phone.

5. Reopen Discord, and observe that it maintains the tablet-like display with both contacts and chat.

Expected Behavior:

When closing the foldable phone, the Discord app should revert to single-screen mode. Swiping left should show contacts, swiping right should show chat, and swiping right again should reveal participants.

Current Behavior:

The app maintains the tablet-like display, causing a layout issue with both contacts and chat simultaneously visible.

Additional Information:

Closing and reopening the Discord app in single-screen mode temporarily fixes this glitch.
