Nitro Refund

How long do I have to wait till I get my refund for my nitro subscription? I forgot to cancel my subscription and accidentally paid for a year subscription and I lost all the money I was saving up. I urgently need the money and I’m worried I won’t get it back.

    I got the same problem, I waited for 2 days, they just put my request as solved, although they didn't do anything, great.

    Same! Have you gotten any updates? It's been almost a month and although my ticket says it's solved I still have nitro and $100 gone.

    Yes, I actually got a reply from discord. I sent a few tickets on the same day and decided to email to them and they responded right after i emailed. Not sure which one got to them. I then got the refund when they replied to my email.
