Cancel refund

I ask for a refund, now it shows as “solved”, and I want to cancel that request but doesn't find where to cancel it. If anyone can help me, thank you on advance.

    I also did the same and it shows that the request is closed and discord has not answered anything yet

    same they charged me 99.99 and when i requested a refund it shows the same. i called my bank for them to dispute and now discord disabled my account.
