My account was disabled without any reason. 
There must be some misunderstanding because I was just sleeping at that time.
I refuse to make a new account because everything I know is on there and I'm a well-paying customer I have had nitro for so long.
Please stop answering me with a robot message and reopen my precious account.

    When communicating with support, remain polite and patient. Understand that they handle a large volume of requests, and it may take some time to get a response. Provide any necessary information they request. Sometimes account suspensions are accompanied by email notifications explaining the reason. Did you inadvertently violate any community guidelines or terms of service? Understanding the reason for the suspension can help you address it effectively.
