Adding a leveling-system to the Quest-Badge

As the chronically online individual I am, I came up with an idea, regarding the quest-badge, which is actually quite similar to the way boosting badges work.

Currently, as you complete any quest, you're greeted with a special profile-badge, which seems to be permanent. So unless any new upcoming quest provides you with e.g., a free profile decoration, there's no reason to complete them. But if, let's say, for every X quests you complete, your badge receives an upgrade, which adjusts the badges design and the hover-text (e.g. “Completed X quests”), users would actually have a reason to keep finishing their quests.

Whilst Discord would significantly profit from this, as more users would take take part in their sponsorships, us users would have a fun way to level up our beloved badges.
