Ability to save server profiles

It's genuinely frustrating how often this suggestion for server profiles presets has come up in the forum, and yet, it seems like Discord isn't prioritizing what users are clearly asking for. It feels like they're always rolling out these random new features that, to be honest, many of us never wanted or asked for. Sure, some of the new stuff can be fun, but it’s like they’re missing the mark on what would genuinely improve our daily user experience.

It's baffling because this profile preset idea isn’t just a minor quality-of-life improvement—it could fundamentally change how we interact with the app, making it so much more tailored and efficient for those of us juggling multiple roles across various servers. Yet, here we are, still waiting and having to manually adjust our profiles every time we switch contexts, which is exactly the kind of repetitive task that software should be able to handle easily.

You’d think with all the feedback and repeated requests, it would be high on the development list by now. It just makes you wonder how these decisions are made and why user feedback seems to fall by the wayside. We're stuck dealing with novelty add-ons instead of getting the solid, functional improvements that could make Discord not just fun, but also incredibly user-friendly for its diverse community.

This post with 5540 upvotes and many people agreeing took roughly 4 years to be implemented, correction, considered. Why is this happening? Have the Discord developers really stooped this low?

It's incredibly disheartening to see valuable user feedback repeatedly overlooked.
