Nitro refund. Chargeback final option?

Life is very busy and nitro auto renew which I forget to turn of charge me for the year. I request refund 8 days after the very short return period. Discord bot keep closing my ticket now it has been open for two days no response. The money they took is needed to live. Simple mistake seem like it will turn my account off? What else can I do. I feel lost. Years of activity will be gone for mistake

Friend told me post here. Also post complaint on better business bureau

Please discord I am sorry for mistake.

    That is sad to hear. Seem the company doesn't care about customer at all. Take money and don't want to talk. Still no response from them :(
