PLEASE HELP! Age update appeal marked as "solved" without any further updates or comments.

Recently my account was banned for my alleged violation of the minimum age, so I worked with my father and sent in the necessary information (ID, discord username, selfie). It appears that around 2 hours thereafter, the post was marked as “solved” and precisely nothing was done after; it has been around 3 days since then and my attempts to access my account have still been futile.

Does anyone have any SOLUTIONS to this problem; wait longer, send another appeal, or send one via twitter or direct email? I am very anxious for a quick resolution to this matter as that account is of great sentimental value to me and I wish to save it before the deletion timer kicks in.
