Account Disabled

I just signed up and within 2 minutes of being signed in, my account was disabled when I had barely touched the add friend button and the email I received wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t explain why my account was disabled. Does disabled mean I can’t use my account anymore?

  Same discord does not fuciking care and even blamed me
