3 Month free Discord Nitro code from Xbox Ultimate Gamepass is not working

My nitro perk code is not working.

My discord account is new and was created a month ago.

I haven't subscribed to Nitro on this account Before.

On 6/29/2024 i tried to redeem the discord nitro code that came with the Xbox game pass Ultimate which I had subscribed on 6/5/2024.

It takes me to the site and even after entering the payment method it says the code is unacceptable.

"Seems like something's gone wrong and you can't use that code."

to be exact

I have tried to redeem this code once before, but my payment method was rejected.

In the Xbox app what is written under the perk is "redeem by 1/31/2025."

I contacted Xbox support, and there were no errors on their side.
