Account keeps disabled

Hello i am making this post to see if people have the same problem or no a fix  to the problem so to the point, I logged on my discord one day and it said to verify email because there is suspicious activity, once I tried it closed discord and logged me out once I try to log back in. It said account has been disabled for spam then I created a ticket #46926357 it’s been over a week with no response. I’m coming here to see if there’s any fixes so my account does not get deleted, but I wanted to tell my friends that my account has been disabled so I made a new account without the same phone number or email once I logged in the account was disabled as the other one for spam and it’s only on my phone when I login with my phone it disables the accounts. I’ve tried this on PC the account is perfectly fine.But right when I log on my phone, the accounts  are disabled instantly… if anyone would know fix on how I can login on my phone. I don’t know if my phone is blacklisted on discord or what…
