Specific Channel User/Role Limitations

Having access to the following would be very useful: 

• Channel Character Limits (For example Set #general to max chars, Set #otherChannel to 100 chars). It may be handy to use on roles so that Server Boosters may get extra benefits for example.
• Larger Cooldown choices. It would be nice if it could go up to a week. 
• Toggle specific markdown features
  -    Toggle Headers
  -    Toggle Hyperlinks
  -    Toggle Spoilers 
• Toggle/Choose what file types to allow/disallow in certain channels. For example, allowing images, videos, and desired extensions, but disallowing compressed folders, and executables.
• Toggle to prevent the user/role from sending the same message in multiple channels. This prevents spam.

Admittedly, these can be done via Discord bots/apps, but it would be smoother and better if it were a Discord feature.
