Overview: Introducing the "Message Read Receipt" feature for Discord, which will inform users when their messages have been read by friends, displaying "Message read at [Time]".

Feature Description: When a message is sent, it will show a "Sent" status. Once the recipient reads the message, this status will update to "Read at [Time]", providing real-time confirmation that the message has been viewed.
