25MB file size limit reverted for no apparent reason
Discord support just marked my requests as “solved” when I sent one about this, so I'll just complain here:
You're making a huge mistake by doing this “experiment” that basically takes away the increased file size limit for most of your users. Your userbase was already happy with the 25MB file size upgrade, and you choose to repay them by taking it away.
This decision just REEKS of enshittification, and I suggest you revert this immediately.

I agree, this decision needs to be reverted

Yeah theres no point in this, you can already just splice a video into 10mb files and send those, its just tedious. The amount of people that pay stupid amounts of money on this app yearly should be enough to pay for servers that can handle 25mb files for EVERYBODY, imo. The floor should not be lowered for those who dont want to pay just because theyre not paying, the people who do pay should raise the floor for everyone. Locking more and more features that used to be free behind a paywall is what causes people to stop using your app.
