Discord support not responding

Hi my account got disabled on August 22nd, for jokingly saying I am 7 years old I immediately contacted disocrd support to update my age information along with my passport to verify and a piece of paper with my discord username I have gotten no response not even the autonomous email  saying your ticket has been submitted, I have sent 2 follow up tickets and still no response. This app’s support is a joke, the supervisors might want to consider hiring actual working staff instead of just support team members who don’t do anything except sit in their desk all day.

    yeah, discord really doesn't care, once their bots ban you, they pretty much ignore you indefinitely, im sorry dude i wish you luck. either be patient or make a new account

    I had the same thing and the problem was I created an account with a phone number and then some glitches appeared, had to refresh the browser, then the account got disabled inside it my phone number, now I have 2 accounts need phone number verification, so I can't verify them since I can't retrieve my phone number which's got blocked in the disabled account

    I then ticketed Discord's support, 14 days ago and since then, no replies
