I got a violation for offering to take people through Diablo4 dungeons

Discord Trust & Safety Team,
What does someone need to do to get a response from Discord Trust & Safety team?
They don't reply to tickets. And Discord Support just tells me to contact Discord Trust & Safety team and also stops responding.
