Account blocked by bot and no reponse from support

Yesterday at 7:52 my time I got a message for Discord's rules violation and of course I applied a ticket with ask to take off the warning. Hour and half later (10:03 my time) they suspend my account and asked for passport, my face and paper with name of my discord. I sent them 2 tickets (On Russian and English languages just in case). Its already a 2nd day I wait with no response, and decided to make a ticket, in asking for contact from literally any person from support squad. In the end even here I am ignored and nobody answers. Does anybody know how to contact support and talk with them?

    I doubt they will reply to you quickly, I have a similar situation, they don't care that you have it blocked, you have to wait because that's how they like it

    Welp, I do hope they will answer tomorrow or in few days. Because if they answer after a week with a simple message “Redo photo” that will be not really pleasant.

    Discord's twitter answer: Tickets are answered in the order they are received. Would've be great to know which one they serve right now
