Suspended for not complying to an admin when I physically couldn’t

A few minutes ago I was alerted by my friend that someone impersonated me and when he went to report he accidentally reported me. He sent me the support name and we start. Immediately he says he got that it was a mistake but that I had made illegal purchases and engaged in fraudulent behavior (which I hadn’t) after a while he says put on this email and turn of 2 fac which I can’t do because it’s not a setting for me so I tell him this he brushes past it and tells me to go to my bank account app and show him my recent purchases which i physically cannot because I have no banking app, no account, and no reason too what do I do?!? I’m about to sue them

  so bruv, thats scam, discord will NEVER contact you through discord dms. open a ticket and get it sorted.
  when discord does contact you, its through Email or this website.
