Voice activity indicator in taskbar

Having the large taskbar icon for discord show a green outline for your own voice activity (either outlining the discord icon or the entire square of the taskbar space for greater visibility) would be helpful for when Discord window is closed and the background app icon is hidden. Since this would be an outline, it shouldn't interfere with the current notification system that highlights or flashes the entire square orange. There might need to be a way to change the outline color in case a user's system theme has made the color of the notification flash different in a way that makes the outline color illegible.
