Account falsely suspended for being underage, responded to the ticket, will it take longer?
My account got falsely suspended a few hours after I joked about my age in a server, I made a ticket 20 minutes after getting very anxious due to the sudden log off of my account with no apparent reason, thinking my account got compromised I tried resetting the password and that's when it told me of the account suspension and that I should check my email for the reason, not long after, I sent the ticket. It's been about 2 days now, and there's still no response. After looking around a bit I noticed that responding to the ticket can make it take longer, and I had responded to it due to some confusion over some stuff being marked as “No” on the side, it was about 7 hours after, when I woke up the next day. Does this mean it'll take longer for my ticket to be reviewed? I don't want to lose the account since I'd lose the conversation logs of a friend who passed away.

Don't worry, I know it's frustrating, but their support will eventually get to your ticket. I had to wait around 10 days for mine to be resolved. All you can do is wait and they'll get to it eventually. (Just hope and pray)

Just wanted to clarify something:
- Your account will not be deleted as long as you have an open ticket associated with it. They will always review open tickets before permanently deleting an account.
- When you submit a ticket to verify your age, you won't receive a confirmation email.
I assure you both that they will eventually address your tickets. Please avoid creating multiple tickets, as they may be flagged as spam and automatically marked as "solved." Hope you guys will get your account back.

I really want to agree with HiMyMate, but I've been waiting on a support ticket for months. I replied to it a couple of times (with several weeks inbetween replies) and have not heard a single word from a single human for the entire duration. Maybe replying to it makes it take longer, but at that point you need to ask, why would the support system be designed in such a way that people trying to contact them more would be pushed even further back? What good is a support system that ignores its most urgent tickets?

I've been banned three times for that. (I'm 24 yrs old)

And request still no response.
If you send a letter to a processing department other than Trust and Safety Team
They will only ask you to show your complaint to the Trust and Safety Team.1 -
I don't mind if it takes 10 days or more, mostly worried about the account getting deleted since I've read that it gets deleted after 14 to 30 days.

Same here, I made a ticket 8 days ago and haven't had a reply since. No email, no automated bot reply, and I hear conflicting advice online. I don't want to make another ticket or send another reply to avoid spamming, but I'm unsure what else to do.

As I mentioned, you won't receive a confirmation email or automated reply from the Trust and Safety team or even Clyde and Nelly bot (which I also didn’t receive, had to wait for 10 days before getting an email saying they have unlocked my account). Please note that as long as you see your ticket listed in your "My Activities" section, this indicates that your ticket has been successfully submitted and will be reviewed.
I understand your eagerness for an update, but please be patient as their Trust and Safety team reviews your ticket and addresses other inquiries.0 -
