Ability to Customize UI Elements

As Discord continues to develop, it inevitably will gain features that some might find useful but for others, it does nothing but clutter the screen. I often fall into the latter category myself. For an example, recently Discord added a quick-access menu for reaction emojis when you hover your cursor over a message in addition to the original Add Reaction panel, the reply, and thread options. While I'm sure some people are grateful for this ease of picking their most used emojis, for me, it just serves as another thing vying for attention as I move my mouse through the channel and is a grating experience.

Additionally, there's the long-standing issue of the buttons next to the text field that serves very little purpose to me. Out of the current 5 buttons, I only ever use the emoji and gif options.

So therefore I request that Discord have options to enable and disable UI elements so that people can get rid of some of these visual clutter for options they will never use.
