Make the roles have capacity to create things like administrators but without being able to erase othes' administrators content

I would like to give permissions to certain users about be able to create channels, voice channels or text channels.
But, i wouldn't like to them to be able to erase the channels I made as administrator. Could you add a feature that can let them create and erase channels but just the ones they made?

Also I would like them to be able to move users from voice channels but just the ones they made.

I'm trying to organize community nights but as there more players I need more organizers that create their own voice channels or text channels, so it would be good if they are able to move the people that join into the channels they created and dont bother the ones that are on my channels inside my discord server.
Could you please add that?

Even be able pin messages but only in the channels they created, basically give restricted permissions that can do like an administrator but not destroying all the content of what another administrator did (if in case he got out a control for something).
