Photos fail to upload from mobile

Starting around 1-2 months ago, I have been unable to upload photos from my phone to any server or individual. The image will appear to be uploading correctly, with reasonable progress, but then the progress wheel stops. The toast “Uploading” will appear with no additional context. After a long time of being stuck with no progress, the message will fail to send.

This is occurring for all photos and it happens both in channels and in DMs. I've tested this with a variety of photos and it seems to affect everything. On occasion, something will upload normally, but it's fairly consistently broken. This is causing a major issue with my usage. What am I paying for Nitro for if I can't even upload pictures?
