Option to not see "Hidden Ignore Messages" and "Hidden Block Messages"

When I block or ignore someone, I don't want to interact with them. Seeing their messages still pop up in text chats/having the DM pop up at the top of my list for ignoring is ocunterintuitive to the idea of ignoring someone in the first place. You're still shown their activity in servers—it's a redundant feature. 

If there could be an option to fully ignore people, to remove all traces of their activity in servers such as messages in a channel, it would be a much more proper implementation of the ignore/block.
