Joining the crowd, same issues, I have gaming groups, d&d servers and even work related and family ones! Being able to change my avatar per server would be fantastic!

Seen it on a few other post. The Devs shut them down and posted a link to here. A lot of damn good that did I only see roughly 1k people asking the same thing with out a thread of answer

Again, the -only- way those ignoring overlords will notice this, is if we get one or some major/prolific/popular STREAMERS to support this change/feedback. Why? Because most (big) streamers have a discord server, and surely, if they'd support this, these overlords would eventually be "forced" to implement this. Otherwise, we stand little to zero chances getting this implemented. Cannot believe it's now so many years ago since this came up, and -still- nothing's ben done with this! In-friggin-sane and stupid. Don't we have someone here who knows some well-establish twitchers and youtubers who could support us on this?

it is sorely needed, which means they will never do it. they seem hellbent on taking some very common and simple things and doing the opposite. for example: blocking people. literally nobody wants "4 blocked messages" in the chat we want them blocked. stupid little things like that, and this, which we want, will never happen.

Would love to differentiate between my work servers and gaming servers - especially in a world where a lot more people are working from home due to COVID, I think this is even more important.

I'm sure it's very stressful, dealing with user identities/security/trolls. But just ignoring a popular feature request for YEARS? Did your bosses tell you no-talky?

The fact that they have done it 2-3 times at-least already, tells me they know about it. They just don’t care. Can the paid boost members change it I wonder?
