Add option to Purge unregistered/unverified users.

My server has a lot of users who have joined using the web app as a throwaway account. I'd like to see a way to purge these users without affecting registered users who have a verified email address and without having to sift through looking for the duplicated usernames.

This is mostly just about population control without having to make users who only visit infrequently rejoin the server.

  The purge options should be expanded with more options anyway, it's very basic and limited!
