Bug on Windows start

I'm having issues with the latest version of Discord while starting up Windows.
Normally my Discord just starts up, but now it pops up a "Open With" window.

 

If i click my shortcut in my Windows Start Menu, it simply starts up.

  Here are some screenshots.
