Disable "Today at 13:20" if bots has a timestamp on their messages. the timestamps on bots embeds are useless if right side of bot's name is "Today or yesterday at 13:20".

  This is more of a bot feature than a Discord feature. Discord is meant to have timestamp on every message, unless it's succeeded by a consecutive message of the same user. The timestamp on embeds is a 100% bot feature that Discord cannot control.
