Add a Function to add a VOD-Sync-Channel on discord servers of Nitro owners.

I have thought of how to improve the current Nitro functions to give people a better reason to pay some money to support discord.

Me and many friends agree that it would be a great idea to make more use of the partnership with twitch and add a way to watch VODs in sync with others in a cinema like channel embedded into the discord app for servers created by nitro owners.

It would be optimal if not just Twitch but also Youtube would be playable in those sync rooms so you can watch together and chat or join a voicecall while watching.

This would benefit the core image of discord beeing a gamer hotspot and improve interaction between gamers sharing their content.

  I think this feature sounds really nice but it should not be nitro-only

  Making it Nitro would benefit discord a lot though. I want discord to stay around for a long time instead of demanding more without paying for it. Also i wouldnt want to kill off rabb.it and keep the option to use it for those who can't pay and are fine with using external programs. In addition to that the function should be serverwide for nitro owners which means people who dont have nitro can still watch along in those rooms but just cant create them on their own. With editing rights non Nitro owners can even control the content.
