Mass DM for Server Owner
So, let me preface this; I am aware of abuse issues, and I can definitely see ways to prevent it. As a server owner, though, I feel this is a needed feature.
Every once in a while, our server prunes a bunch of people who were inactive, but we don't want to delete people who just aren't talkative in it. Our current system is people who are active type "ACTIVE" into a chat, we give them a role that separates them from the rest, and those without the role are first messaged, then pruned.
Problem is, though, I can't do that if I can't send mass Direct Messages to everyone without that role. I figured adding a system in where only a server owner can send a direct message to those with or without a certain or roles can help to manage said server's userbase entirely.
To avoid spam, you can add a cooldown for how long it in between messages until a server owner can use it, or possibly add an enable/disable feature for it in itself.

Hello!
I understand how you could use this feature, but abuse (ads in DMs) would be made. I think that the good old @everyone announcement in a channel that everyone can see would do pretty much the same thing.
If it is made, I recommend the possibility for people, in the server privacy settings, to enable or disable those message.

Listen, I agree with Josh, but the issue is that people can disable everyone, here, and role notifications which can lead to inactive members not getting the messages. Therefore, not resolving the issue of the inactive members, I agree strongly with EarthToAccess in that, people could easily use this for spam. But in that case, they could block the bot, or system that is messaging everyone. Or mute it in general if it becomes an issue of abuse. But we have 304 inactive members and want to easily mass-message them to get them back online seen as they've been inactive for the extended period of time, without a LOA. Thank you.
Sincerely, Brody.1
