Account wrongly disabled and just got charged my monthly Nitro

On February 14th I had my main account disabled for being under 13, when I am almost 19. Since then, I've already sent two tickets explaining my situation and offering to send my driver's permit and/or college ID card to prove myself. A friend of mine got his account fixed just hours after the same thing happened to him at the same time by showing his ID. But now they charged my disabled account $4.99 for Nitro. Is this even allowed? If I wanted to cancel it, I couldn't since I'm locked out of my account to even do so. I posted this to Reddit and it got deleted, I've gotten no response on Twitter. I am so lost and have absolutely no idea what to do.
