You closed my friends discord account because she turned off the auto transaction for discord nitro! That’s beyond not okay because it’s FALSE CLOSURE AND PRICE DISCRIMINATION! You also failed to answer her support tickets and emails, which is FAILURE TO ANSWER CUSTOMER COMPLAINT! BOTH OF THESE ARE AGAINST THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU’S STANDARD BUSINESS ETHICS CODE! Fix it!
