Long-term bug: Spoiler text, Italics and Bold not working on mobile with paragraph splits

Spoiler text, Italics and Bold not working on mobile with paragraph splits. Basically this means that people on the mobile app (i believe it is iOS only but don't have proof of this) aren't reciveding the full experience because their text is not formatting correctly.

This has been an issue for me for a while and with the introduction of spoiler text it's more of an issue - people use it to hide triggering content and this can be very dangerous for mobile users. The bug appears such that on pc:

spoilers only on pc||

but on mobile it does not unless you do this:

||this spoilers on ||

||mobile too ||

this can be very dangerous for people who are being forced to view content they would normally filter. There is another ticket like this HOWEVER that ticket has been answered with no satisfaction, and the bug has not been fixed.

a friend of mine has confirmed that this appears to only be on the iOS version of the app
