A little tweak of the feedback Site

So I had this brilliant idea during my class about how the feedback site could be improved. Screenshot - https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/284796966641205249/573502410773757953/Screenshot_2019-05-02_at_09.png - overlay button and chat button should be switched - Why? The chat feedback tab is the second most used tab in the feedback website. It would make sense for it to hold a big tab. - Big tabs at the top - To really emphasize the importance of those two tabs. - also very cool visual improvement *add dark mode to the website too*
