On Slurs, they are more than just swearing. It is about morals and ethics. When people are okay with slurs, they are okay with the inherent violence of these words.
For typed slurs, a temporary ban, such as 30 minutes, and if the person repeats these words, then a permanent ban, or a longer ban of 60. For voice slurs, if the player is muted by others more than 3 times* the player is banned for 30 minutes.
If Discord implements this, servers should still be given the choice of keeping slurs or not.
*more or less depending on the size of the server.
I understand a Mod could use this, but sometimes they are not available. For chat, a bot can do the job. For voice chat, users can decide to mute the player, and if the reported mutes add up, the offender is banned temporarily.
