Action Text

A new syntax like ||spoiler|| and **Bold** which effect results in something similar to the welcoming to the server/guild, something like changing:
-[Name] ([time]).
-[Action texting]
to:
-[Name] [Action texting] ([time])

in example:

"::is writing a feedback post::"
resulting in:
-Blaxe is writing a feedback post (05/06 2019 9:13am)
