Nitro Boost Animated Icon... Not Working?

We're trying to upload a 512x512 animated gif for the nitro boosted server icon and it doesn't save and when escaping from the menu just says "be careful you have unsaved changes"... What am I doing wrong?

  I had a similar problem. I reduced the file size/resolution and it worked. 8MB -> 4MB
