it actually existed but discord already removed it, would be cool to have it back but i doubt it
could be a dev's nightmare that @someone exists for some reason i don't know, so they dont have it in

It would be great for giveaways or random user selection events, i.e. 5 random users get VIP for a week or something in the server.

If they bring it back it should be like @everyone so that the server owner gets to set who can ping it and who cant
