Update Image Lag.

So I am not sure just how far this is an issue, region wise, but Since the 16/08/2019 Update. (Southern Hemisphere user)

Discord seems to be taking its time loading images or Gifs. And i mean a stupidly long time, It is quicker for me to click on the object and load original then it is to wait for it to load.

Not sure if any one else is having this issue, but figure i might report on it or at the very least make post.

  I truly apologize for the trouble! Our team is looking into this issue and working on a fix. We hope to have everything back in working order soon.
