Video calls / screen share help

basically i use discord for a long time, but about 1 month ago, it started crashing when i share my cam or my screen, and when i mean crash is just i need to get out of the call, wait and then i can enter and even sometimes my mic stop working and those things. As i don't use those functions a lot, it don't affected me so much but there are times i just wanna show to my friend what i did on the game we were playing. Hope you can answer me, and thank you for being so good, my dear discord.
