Useful when Raiders raid your servers

Auto ban someone from that server when someone start mass mention/ flood non-stop. For some servers which doesn't handle moderation that good and the admins can't do anything about it, it would be useful in auto-banning when someone raids.

  Some bots already take care of this and remember that cooldowns are used to limit the number of messages that a user can send in a predefined time to avoid spam (if the person does not have permission to Manage Messages).

  This should not be a thing, and will not be a thing. This can be accomplished using bots, why re-create something that already exists?
