for discord

hello. me and my friends were harassed by someone i knew from school. his name tag was Goku™#5682. and he said stuff from him talking about to wanting to see my family and i die from a fire and getting stabbed. to him telling my other friend to slit her wrists and shut down her organs. and i feel like i should tell the police or someone because that is very scary to hear from him. but when i banned him from the server we were in i put it where all of the messages were deleted so now they are gone. is there any way you can recover the messages he sent so i have evidence to show this. please i need help with this
