Let us move Voice Channels around instead of forcing them to group together.

I administer two Discord servers for an MMO I play.

Since this MMO is global and my guild is international, our Voice Channels each come with an accompanying text channel. This allows people who aren't comfortable with (or capable of) speaking to group over mic to still speak to the rest of us by text.

Unfortunately, since Discord currently forces all Voice channels to be grouped together at the bottom of a category, it can get confusing:
