Bigger upload file limit for normal users to 20MB

Normal users deserve things too, so i'd like a bigger upload file limit as i see nitro users can upload max. 100mb

  If you can't afford Nitro you might be able to get Nitro classic which is half the price and has a 50mb upload limit.

  To Hall, some of us don't want to pay $4.99 to upload a file that can be sometimes only 0.39 MB over the limit.

  I'm not a Nitro user. I just compress the files a bit if they don't fit. I guess it would be cool if they baked in a function that asked if you want to compress a file if it's 0.39 MB over.
