Roles and role management ideas

okay here me out here, this may be a lot to add to discord in an update and a bit too much but in my opinion I think these would make server management more convenient

Idea #1: Being able to add members in the roles

So basically what I'm trying to say is that, we should be able to add members in the role tab in server settings. A bit like how we're able to give certain members permissions in a channel. If you want to give a member server-wide permission without having to give them a role, or giving them the same permission in every channel, then my suggestion would work. Let's say if you right click on the "+" button where you're able to add roles, you can add a member instead. For mobile, you should be able to long hold it and then that option would come up. This idea may be a bit inconvenient but I feel that it should be added.

Idea #2: Making role permissions more flexible/manageable

(this should also be added to the member permissions from my 1st suggestion ^) This one might be a bit confusing but I will try my best to explain. Here's an example: let's say you wanna give the permission "manage messages" to a role. there should be an arrow next to it and if you click it, it'll give you a drop down of smaller permissions all related to managing messages. for managing messages there should be like "pin messages" "delete messages". so like mini permissions inside of a big category. you would be able to check and uncheck them. if you check the whole "manage messages" permission without checking any of the mini permissions of it, it should check all of the mini permissions, and unless you don't want that you can click that "arrow" and check or uncheck the mini permissions.

if any of these ideas are still confusing (which they probably are) i'll try to explain it the best i can with a reply from a comment, sorry if they are confusing.
