Add your own customizable theme/plugins for Discord

It's been literally 4 years of people asking discord to add themes & plugins. We want to be able to customize our discord to our own liking. I don't want to have the fear of my account getting banned or disabled for using BetterDiscord/BeautifulDiscord. Or Just add in a CSS customizer that users can use to customize their discord!

There are so many reasons why this would benefit discord by a lot.

Reason #1: Makes fewer people break ToS. 
Reason #2: Brings more people to discord.
Reason #3: Adding in custom themes will make discord look so much better.
Reason #4: Custom plugins can make using discord so much easier.
Reason #5: People have asked non-stop for 4 years.

I could literally go on and on about how this would be useful but I don't have much time. I really hope discord actually considers this.

    imo, betterdiscord shouldnt be against ToS, the only person its gonna effect is you?
