Suggestion - Adding themes and colours to discord interface and UI

Discord could have different themes and colours for the discord interface and UI. There could be a library on the web or on the app to browse for different themes and colour schemes so people can easily pick out a theme on discord. Maybe others who wish to create their own theme could do so with a special app or have editable images in a file like making Minecraft texture packs. These themes could go with the iconic and current light and dark theme. Nitro users could have a  certain part of the theme animated if a theme was animated-compatible.
