Add support for [name](link) links like in GitHub Markdown

I would love to respond to support questions in my discord, example:

If you consider this [stackoverflow answer](https://stackoverflow.com/a/20152295) then you ......

Especially with very long links, the clearness of the answer is reduced because the sentence is broken up by a looooong link. A nice bubble with mouseover for the link (to prevent phishing) would be a very welcome addition!

  You already have "Trust this domain" feature on embeds, so I don't see any security issue to support this, pls
