Sound when users watch your video

Similar to how when a user joins your screenshare and it makes a noise to notify you, I think it would be a good idea to have the same thing for when somebody looks on your video, even with a list of those currently viewing.

  due to discord forcing people to watch all cameras active, this wouldn't really work. if watching cameras were optional(as they should be, as streams are) then this would be an excellent suggestion I think.
